Go to TankDb again... You will see a line in the BabyBoss datablock that says...
BabyBoss.suspensionRange = 0.6;
Make that number higher and eventually the UFO will fly (I think).
If you do it that way the ufo will fly in all your hosted games modded or not. There is a much better way to do it. I gave that info to someone last week if you want it look through the forums for it.
