There are times when I need to pause a game and switch to another application quickly. I cannot do this without the game minimizing itself! Alt-Tab, Windows-Tab both automatically push the game to the tool bar. It is the only way to get control of the mouse back.

I would like to leave the game up, watch the game, while I quickly jump to the another application, and then quickly jump back into the game.

Has anyone:

1. Ever run the game in a small window, left the game running in that small window, and worked outside the window on another application without minimizing the game.

2. Run the game and other apps on extended desktops, and done the same thing without the game minimizing.

Hit escape to bring up the exit game dialog box, but don't click the buttons. This gives you control of your mouse. When you get back, click 'Return to Game'...

I kinda like the console in-game like on alot of other TGE games....hey BT, could you consider puting that back in?

The best way to do this as far as I know is to play the game in a window. IE turn off fullscreen.
