Yes 3! We have a house in Homestead FL and we are not happy. Katrina, Rita have hit us. We hope it heads north and doesnt hit us. 2 trees are down in our property and some shingles are off. We havnet been there in 4 months. We have missed all the action. We hope our house stays in contact. We will go check up on the house in Nov. How bout you floridians? How have your houses fared? We hope it gets weaker. "This aint good." Well good luck floridians. :S

Hey cloud, hope it misses ur house. Why do u guys still stay there? I think you should think about relocation away from the shores. If you think about it, because of the warming of the sea these hurricanes will never stop, looks like they wil just get worse. I hope the "day after tomorrow" is not right after all, anyone seen that movie? Scary!!!!!!!... Alrighty bye, & be safe

A small mistake. It only took 18 hours to get it from a tropical storm to a 175 mph cat 5 hurricane. The good thing is once they get strong its hard for them to keep there energy. Especially this extremly late hurricane

My family owns a trailer in Bradenton, FL. Looking at some of the tracks, it might get hit, at least by some wind. Fortunately, no one lives there. Its basically a winter home and a summer getaway. However, I have a cousin who lives in Tampa, so I'm sure she's watching the storm very closely. For that matter, my wife has an aunt and uncle who have a winter place in Orlando, so I'm sure they're keenly interested as well.

I'm worried to y'all! We have a condo in Siesta Key, which is just south of Sarasota, not too far from Bradenton.... All we can do is hope for the best. :[
