Get the (Expansion Pac 4) , found below on general forum , and look farther down for the (Mod pack) and update your game with all of that. Then you should easily join some interesting maps. You still may some waiting time but not that bad once you are updated.

Nothing, NOTHING has happened. A few trolls have come and gone, a few vets have come and gone, a few vets are getting aggi, a few interesting political threads, a few idiots posting rubbish in them, a few new pages on "describe the person above you".
... You've not missed anything, if you want my advice, run while you still can.
