Bhaw!!! Burn The Witches!!! Delete the Armies!!! Back-Up!!!
---
Okay, and now serious...
Firsty, here are some drastic, but simple suggestions
1. Total delete of the Army Forums
2. Lock The Army Forums (wish means, you can only post a new thread, if it is firstly approved by a moderat0r)
3. Have a Spam-Filter on PTT (like maximum 1 post each minute)
4. Not working whit warnings, but direct silences.
5. Close PTT's gates (this one is the most drastic one...)
6. Just ignore those threads.
Yeah, Is this what people do?: "hey, look the army forum, I think I'll make a thread called, " What you had for breakfast this morning". IF ITS GENERAL USE THE GENERAL FORUM!!
^^I say "LOCK" if I think that the leader hasn't put much effort into his/her army. I don't mean "Moderators, lock this now!", I mean "I think that this thread should be locked". That is my vote, not a command.
^^^I think that #2 is sensible, not stupid. It would be more of a hassle, yes, but it is more of a hassle for the rest of us if we constantly have to be bumping threads that go on to the 2nd page, like spirit's threads on armies. If those get bumped to the 2nd page, which some of them have, then there will be even more n0000b armies than before.

Lately I have noticed that countless pointless threads are being made and clogging up the army forums. For example, I could easily pick out eight or nine threads that are either completely pointless (ex. "How do u make an army") or don't belong in the Armies forums (ex. "How old is the average tt player?") Only a few threads on how to make and maintain a good army and a few other army-related discussion threads should be here along with the actual army threads. A lot of good threads have been bumped back to the 2nd page because of all the incoming threads (ex. "To those who are looking to join an army" and "Armies skins library").
Often, the people who are making a new army don't even bother to look at the threads to help them and just start a n00b army that dies within its first week. Look at Fartboy-tw, who first created the "How do you make an army thread and then posted his "TM" army thread, which didn't even have a main post (if any mods feel that names should not be used, go head and delete this) If you create an army, in my opinion, you should first get at least 5 decent players that will join your army before you make a thread. This will prevent most of the armies from dying out. Please post your comments on this and possible suggestions. This thread may be deleted as soon as people stop making all these threads that clog up the armies forum.
