I use PaintShop Pro 7 & 8, PSP 7 is easyer to use, and produces great results, while PSP 8 has more buttons and fuctions more like PhotoShop, both are $100 USD.
Photoshop is a beast, but once you tame it, you'll be the talk of the skinning world.
The GIMP is very simple and hard to use, but I've gotten the hang of it.
The GIMP is photoshop, but it doesn't cost anything. :)

What is the simplest imager to make skind with. I have photoshop, but damn if that ain't confusin as all get out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
