I heard that they found some dna froma T rex that romed the plains 70 million years ago. Will they clone maybe, maybe not. If they do they will only do it for testing....

The Jurassic Park movie about to come true lol.
Interesting thread
In an unnecessary poke at creationists: dinosaur is bird
That is the basic stuff, we all (I should certantly hope) know that.
Have you herd that were related the Dimetradon? A dinasoar from the jurassic period(I think it's jurrasic)
We are linked to it by it being the first thing to be sorta warm blooded, proto- somthing is what it was. They eventually evolved into our warmblooded ancestors
Heres a pic of a Dimetradon (uniquly from the Jurassic Park movie toy)
I love this subject so, im trying to be paloentologist.
WASHINGTON (AP) -- For more than a century, the study of dinosaurs has been limited to fossilized bones. Now, researchers have recovered 70-million-year-old soft tissue, including what may be blood vessels and cells, from a Tyrannosaurus rex.
They have wooly mamoth blood vessels they found. They have some project to clone it. This is an area close too home that I would like to get into.

I used to play this little computer game on an apple IIc called Dinosaurs.
Anyone remember this? I can't remember what it was all about, but t'was educational.
In case anyone wants to know....dinosaurs ARE NOT PREHISTORIC, and there is no such thing as MILLIONS OF YEARS!!!! Almost lost my cool there... :)
Gaul... WHAT the heck are you talking about?
The DNA flaw override story was really fascinating.
The huge and interesting mystery is: where is the override mechanism hiding in the cell?
And how does it 'know' when to activate itself...
@Evil*twin
O O... And this is where Rabban comes in..

Cool! Will be interesting to see what develops from this in about a year or so.
There are three things that you should never discuss with others; religion, politics and the Great Pumpkin.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to be on my toes.
Invite a retard to a picnic and you'd better expect to get drool in the potato salad.
Unless you are trying to convert someone to your religion, unless you are debating someone, and.....what's the Great Pumpkin??
^ young'un :)
True rogue :)
Anyone who has faith in the christian god cannot believe that there were dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago...in fact they must have been in noah's ark!!
Right rabby?
B
^ Please do not confuse the literalists with historical criticists. Different interpretations of the same written word.
Now look what you've done Tally...it's on!
What's on?? And what's the Great Pumpkin???
Ermmmm...tell you when youre older.
Ok, I know what it means now, I looked it up, and I understand now. Heh.
EDIT: No one ever tells me about new or old slang words! I'm homeschooled!! I guess that means I'm really new to the outside world, except books and TV.

Pretty big day on the science front:
DENVER, Colorado (AP) -- Challenging a scientific law of inheritance that has stood for 150 years, scientists say plants sometimes select better bits of DNA in order to develop normally even when their predecessors carried genetic flaws.
