I like it! Though it is simple,(Coloration and decals) It looks like it came from a experienced skinner...sorta...
I suggest more stuff on it. More ice...

If you put more ice on I would make it pack on the surfaces - there's not many more places for icicles to form. The only other change I'd make is to have the icicles go down, rather than at an angle.

Nice stuff - but as they said, it needs more. It's not finished yet, in my opinion, so I won't grade it.

This is my first skin but I have had some experance in skinning while modding halo. Here is my Ice skin for the med tank hope everyone likes it.
