Has X-Box TT developed as large a following as the PC versions?

Do you think Garagegames could point to the TT community as evidence that the TT concept is worth developing on a "real game engine" (as Bolo termed it) and sell the rights to one of the big game developers?

Are we the only yutzes in the world who could like this game?

I've hopped online at lunch for 5-10 minutes of indy scrum. Can't this game compete as one of businesses biggest productivity killers?

I don't know how TT is doing on xbox currently but I think it will be interesting when they get the whole torqueX up and running. I think one of the biggest draws to TT is the abilty to mod and create some new stuff. Having everyone xbox's would be awesome (esp. Xbox360) then everyone would be on the same page.

Yes I think we are all yutzes, cept dash, hes a putz.

I reckon it'd be cool to have xbox, pc, mac, linux and whatever else cross-compatible (is that the right term). So that everyone plays on the same servers. Xboxers could play on pc mod's and servers - I mean, I totally agree with nuts that the ability to mod and skin is one of the biggest draws to the game, and to open that up to console users would be amazing. I think it'd also move a lot of xboxers ONTO the pc versions.

Or am I just dreaming?

There is absolutely nobody who is playing the xbox version any more. I own it, and when I tried it on xbox live I only played one game in the entire time I have owned it. I could not find any other servers to play on after that.

The xbox version has some cool new tanks and the lock-on aimer, however it still has the same old maps and same boring solo mode.

I am sure that with some hacking you could get the new tanks on the PC.

"some hacking" you say? Wouldn't that require some sort of reader on your computer that could get xBox CDs ripped? I'm quite sure some people here could do that- but it's probably illegal... ;) I have to admit that'd be cool though, and I am sure someone can just smack together something in Blender that's quite like the skull tanks... And easier to skin. There would have to be edits in the source code, wouldn't there? Perhaps -z- can be convinced... *aHEM*. XD There could also be servers specifically for them, and only the people who download the "Skull Pack" or something like that. (I could host one). They could have the same weapon sets as the current tanks... But I'm not sure if anyone would want to go to the hassle to change their tank files around back if they want to join a 'regular' server, and back again to join the skull servers. Hmm. I can't say much in the matter, so I'll leave it up to you guys.

I use multi-billion dollar military satellites to find tupperware hidden in the woods... What do YOU do?

TT for Xbox is not on a cd. It is downloaded to your Xbox's hard drive from xbox live. It is fairly easy to get FTP access to your xbox with the use of a modchip or softmod.

^Just Get the.dts of the tanks... If BT is intelligent it'll be inside some kind of compressed archive... Just find a tool that opens it and get it out....
Oh, and it'd probably be illegal tough

I may give it a shot. I want to get a mod chip for my xbox, if they still sell them.

If I am able to move anything over to my PC, I won't. I just want to see if the models are actually there...
