When you go to TT, it searches for LAN servers separately. It only searches for LAN servers on port 28000, so you won't be able to see it, but others can.

You have the worng IP address in there. Instead of 192.168.1.1 it should be something like 192.168.1.101. You may need to see what the IP address of your hosting machine is by going to the network control panel.

^hehe.. I think you understood my spelling joke w rong.. :P

But that screenshot does help. If you look at the screen shot where it says "Starting IP Address " and then see that it says 192.168.1.100 .
What this means is that your computer when it connects to your router will get an IP address of 192.168.1.100 or above (it will count up from 100 for each computer, so if you have more than one, the second computer would be 192.168.1.101 and so on for more computers).

Okay, look at this screen:

See where it says "IP Address " then below it says 192.168.1.1

That tells your router which computer to forward to. So that last number needs to be the same as the last number of the IP address of the computer you are hosting ThinkTanks on.

If you only have one computer, it will probably be 100. So change the number "1" so that it says 192.168.1.100 instead.

I hope that makes sense.

That looks good. Is it working now?

If not, go to the computer you are trying to host TT on.

And find out what the IP address is, like so:
http://www.bio.upenn.edu/computing/faq/network/ip.mac.x.php

Then put the IP address that it tells you in the port forwarding box.

Heh... Somebody who knows OSX will have to let you know how to figure out what your IP address is then.
