Looks like the couple I was going to build the house for in central Oregon have decided to sell their lot to a Californian that paid them way too much for it (including their costs to get out of my contract). The land development idea keeps looking better all the time. Anyway, looks like I'll be back on this quirky little game much sooner than anticipated. Yes Squiddy, you were right. Just thought I'd post so nobody thought I faked it (like Mrs. Three accuses me of at times, but that's another thread altogether). So you can lock this up, I just didn't want to receive the wrath like that Radi8, or Prostr8, or Urin8.....whatever his name is.

If I weren't so happy you're back, I'd tell you to stiffen your breach clause.

I put that last statement in front of my contract attorney. His response:

"After hours of research, to the best of my knowledge, that is a thinly veiled homosexual pick-up line."

He really doesn't mince words. Thanks for the well wishes, this game is just too damn fun......
