I use imagecave.com

Once you get the image you want to post, you upload it to the site. Then you use the image code in your post to make it appear here. At imagecave, you can see the code to post here, and you can just copy and paste it. Here's what it looks like:

You may notice that I highlighted the EZCode address, which I paste for my little green man.
