How old are you, olly?
It's not that hard to figure out.
Press the button that says "ONLINE" at the bottom of the tank selection screen.
Click on a server you want to join.
Press the big green button that says "JOIN."

Yes, there is no "online" game that allows you to play other people online. You need to have the real game.

U can't play online in Team Games or Frantic/Spooky maps in demo. U need to have full version.
