Twins pitching beats Yankees hitting.
Mets had better score like crazy to get out of the first round.

Dodgers - Twins in Series. Twins in 6.

^ What!? You've got to be kidding. The Yanks have the best offense in MLB, hands down.

But good pitching beats good hitting.

4/1/1929 to 11/17/2006 Rest in Peace Bo. GO BLUE!!!

Good pitching can beat a good hitter, but not nine good hitters, for nine innings. Most of the time, not even for seven. Which is where the managerial part comes in. And for my money, it's Torre and the Yanks.

Be sure to iron a shirt for that dinner Mem, this one's gonna cost ya.

Ahh, never very good at baseball eh V? And while it is complete fact that I'd rather slam both inches in the sliding glass door repeatedly than post in some of the threads you do, the demon of decency overcomes me and I stay silent. Let us loser baseball junkies have our cute little thread, and return thy weary head to slumber. I promise to bone up on my politics/religion/environment/whatever THE V finds exciting and meet you in a not- so REM inducing thread. As soon as I defeat that demon, that is. Deal? And no direct offense meant, I just wanted to say "both inches" and "bone" in the same paragraph.

Ahhh. The wrath of Three. I sense genuine anger behind that witty sexual humor. I love it.
Wake up and smell the pine tar, V. I choose to blissfully ignore global warming and fruity Republicans. Who's starting at first base and Rivera's elbow are far more important.
Speaking of two inch bones, I polished off a dozen medium buffalo wings while the Fish family and I watched Jeter beat Detroit in game 1. Life is good.

LOL teasing baseball junkies is always a good time. They know that their sport is boring and they love it just the same. Just like Golf fans.

Sorry guys I just couldn't resist tweaking you a little.

Go on enjoy your thread I'll leave you alone now.

Yankees all they way! Besides the Yanks also have good pitching - Chen-Ming Wang, the Mooooose and Randy. Not to mention that the guy that finished third for the AL batting title (.342 avg) batted ninth last night.

People are calling one of - if not the best - lineup in MLB history, and its flat out true.

You said it Fish!

YANKEES WIN! THEEEEEE YANKEEES WINNN!

Number 27 here we come XD.

I don't like baseball... You can yell at my coach.

Pray to GOD for him to reveal himself to you.

I think it will be Twins VS Dodgers in the world series. The Twins will take it after 5 games.
