What you do, Eagle, is take that modded level and re-name it to whatever level it is (for example, the omaha beach mod's level is Medulla Mesa, which in the game files is TT1_1.mis) outside the folder. After that, just make a backup of the original and put it in a different folder.

Ok when I downloaded omaha beach (an example) I saved it inot the mission files in the think tank folder. Then I unzipped it. Then I cut the omaha beach file out of the folder and pasted into the mission folder with all the other missions. Then I went on and created a game but it wasn't there help
