That answer cannot be correct. I've driven many many many times on two lane roads going up a hill. One could certainly pass in the left lane while on the hill. The same goes for going down a hill. Matter of fact, there are lots of one lane roads that allow passing on a hill. Im sorry Ozzy, that is not the right answer.

Actually your wrong I'm srry. I have traveled all over the norther states and up in Canada and I have never seen a 1 lane road going up a hill where its legal. Also I never said it was 2 lane. I was refering to a 1 lane road wich is more common where I live than to lane roads. Also why would you risk doing that, that is a very stupid decision, what if a car was coming and smaked you head on. Would it be worth gaining a few secs then, huh, huh would it. I dont think so.
