Yeah, he made his own map too, which I might add was really hard.
But I don't think he can do vehicles...most of us can't.
I did see a racing mod, your talking about the one with start cheakpoint, e.g

Many people have done racing games, just ask Racer. :P
Vehicles...uhh...not in my league. Sorry. :)
