Here are the names of a few people who have been unbanned in the Lair. Realize that you were banned for good reason and can be banned again if it's called for.

Why on earth would a habitual offender like ggg be allowed in the Lair?
Don't think this unbans any of you from the rest of the ACA servers
Or the Leagues!!!
For that, you have to petition and prove that your behaviour has changed for the better

Hi I only asked that a few of the above be unbanned and I emailed lep and he said ok.the few that were banned got the punishment they deserve and have paid for it.it also states they will get rebanned if they act up.no big deal.don't get upset over it

Um, no. All of them will remain banned in the "other" private servers. The lair is really out there by itself anyway.

You don't speak for the lair and I didn't claim to speak for any one elses server.

With the exception of (MF)ggg I banned these people myself and I don't really believe in permanent banning unless the offenses are multiple. I'm willing to give these people a second chance although I may have to discuss (MF)ggg with leopard.

I don't understand why people who do nothing but badmouth the lair would care what takes place there.

ice dawg and icy are in alot of the other servers already,they aren't banned in other servers and its been 2-3 months since they were banned in lair.plus all of them can be rebanned if they act up

Their just upset cause the clique doesn't get to call the shots. TT has become like a grade school where a few people think they are supposed to be able to decide who's in and who's not in. It's childish and old.

I don't think we (Admin Circle) banned Icy (ST), Jet Jaguar said he banned him from the lair.
(MF) ggg and Ice Dawg have been banned for how did Jet put it?

And will remain banned in all the ACA servers except the lair, if it's still a member of the ACA.

I didnt bad mouth the Lair in my post !
I simply asked why...
The Admin Circle has been very effective and I just want ppl to know that
there is a road back. But because we are a group, we try to make group deciscions
whenever possible.
We also try to be as fair and consistent as possible. To encourage good behaviour
and great fun in the games

And when I say we ^ I mean you and Lep and all Leps others
admins as well. So plz dont git ur knickers in a knot

I do not have him banned in my servers and I am pretty good at staying
current with all ACA requests
So chances are that he wasn't universally banned.....

No one should ever be banned in every server just because one member of a clique decides he doesn't like the person. I don't care what anyone else thinks except for Leopard. It's his server and he said it was ok for most of them. I banned them so I'll unban them if I feel like it and I won't ask anyones clique for permission.

Jet, why don't you be more specific? You obviously have some very specific thoughts behind your statements yet use vague language.

The ACA simply exchanges information. Each server host decides for themselves based on the evidence and credibility involoved whether to ban anyone.

My specific statement is that the circle was never consulted on these bannings. I banned them for bad actions they took in the lair. I had never intended for them to be permanent bans and when Gamera316 was asking about Icy (ST) and IceDawg I was reminded to unban the others. So why when I unbanned these people did I get the responses above from Rooster and Napalm about these people. I do not agree with the way things are done on other servers but unless it involves me specifically you don't see me running around telling them what they can do with their servers.

I will tell you this, I never ask the ACA to ban a player without giving them proof. And I would never ban a player without being supplied proof. We have no reason to prove or explain why we banned a player to anyone in the community. It's between the player that was banned and us.

No Leopard and I do not clique. He doesn't do anything just because I say so and I don't do anything because he says so. When I said "I don't care what anyone else thinks except for Leopard" I simply meant it's his server and I don't tell him what to do with it, which proves my point. Having friendships is one thing but banding together to decide who can or can't play was over the line. Why not just let each server make it's own decisions. Having a clique like that leaves an opening for abuse.

Wow I can't understand why unbanning a few people in the lair would cause so much problems.these people could be rebanned the next time they do something inapropriate.i remember reading in ptt that a month banning was for first time
offenders(may have changed).these guys had three months and have been playing in almost all the servers already.i had emailed lep to see if I could unban them now cause its been three months.nobody should be upset over this.i'm not in a clique I'm just a nice person who is trying to be fair.i have no ill will to anybody.lep told me go ahead unban them.i couldn't unban ice dawg because of his special letters. So when I couldn't get a hold of lep to undo the bans I contacted jet jaguar and he remembered about the others that he banned 2-3 months ago.and said if those 2 get unbanned its only fair that the others that did the same thing get unbanned from same time period.you say people have been leaving.yes thats true but there are many reasons why they leave.they get threatened when they are better,that they will be banned,I have experienced these from 2-3 admins in tt not ptt.yes swearing and other things also make people leave thats for sure.jetty boy in the past might have done things in the past to you(it takes 2)since I've been playing he has treated me with respect and helped me out when some of you wouldn't even try when I asked.since I have been here in tt and ptt I haven't seen him

I've never seen anyone on the DB threaten to boot somebody because they were better. I used to play the crap out of that server and never once saw this happen. Gamera, there's a reason people don't play in the Lair and it's not a conspiracy. Leopard himself allows stupid stuff to go on. Ask him, he'll tell you. He doesn't care and that's fine, it's his server. Heck he allowed me too goof on Stan for a few weeks when Stan and I were acting like two five year old kids. < Something I think most people do when they first start playing.

I'm glad Crow treats you nice Gamera. That's super and you're allowed to be friendly with him. Once again, ever consider why the Lair is empty? If an Admin treated you unfairly quit beating around the bush and say who it was. The problem could easily be corrected.

I enjoy the cliques here on TT. The folks in the Admin Circle are the ones doing all the work to keep TT fun. They organize leagues, create new maps and make it a fun place to play. Hell, you guys wouldn't ever have been able to ban those kids in the first place if it weren't for the people in the Admin Circle creating the script, Art and Dash I think. This site wouldn't be here if it were not for -z-, an original admin.

There are three sides to every truth Gamera. In this case it's Crow's story, most everyone elses story and what really happened. In this case everyone elses story is in fact what really happened. Again, why is the Lair now empty? Kind of an easy summation don't you think?

If you don't like what I say, bummer. There is another option for folks that don't like it here. TT is not entirely a Democracy, nor should it be, but you do have the right to choose where to play and to post. Check out the garagegames.com TT forum.

I don't know maybe there's just a misunderstanding regarding this. We (the admin group) share information regarding problem players. When someone sends an email or posts, "Zippy doesbad" needs to be banned he was camping, we don't all run out and bann the player. It's just a sharing of information. When there is an obvious problem child like we have run into in the past, most server admins will ban the player. It's not too difficult to see which players in the shockwave servers are not wanted in the private servers. Personally, anyone who comes in with a questionable or vulgar name will be banned form my server. Mystery Man and I got into it at one point because of a name he used in the past but forgot about. Sometime people will do this for a goof, but I don't research each IP looking for the real player. If the name is undesirable, so is the player.

Again, it all comes down to the sharing of information, and the individual decisions made by each server admin. I don't expect anyone to ban someone just cause I want them gone. I had two players banned form my servers for months before another popular server admin banned them from his as he was quite a bit more lenient.

There are just some people that I don't want in my server. I have had incidents with these people in the past and at some point I will just ban then for good.

Just because they decide they now want to be good doesn't mean I accomodate them by letting them back in.

Personally, Ice Dawg aka "Joe the man" bug the shit out of me. Have you ever seen one of those over excited dogs that run up to you as soon as you hit the room? So excited that they piss all over you? That's Ice Dawg. He's not coming back as far as I'm concerned.

My experience with the ACA (the acronyms make it sound like some kind of govt body or law enforcement...lol) has been that they prefer to ban no one. They are most concerned with keeping the game fun and relatively jerk free, although I am allowed several rants per month. They do not ban people arbitrarily...I would say it takes some pretty extreme action to get banned in the first place.

I've met most of thses guys...good chaps all around. It's not about cliques...it's about keeping the game fun and competitive for everyone. If all they ask is for people have fun and not be aholes, I don't think they are asking for that much. All hail the ACA! ;)

Yep Gamera, I do like to goof on people. That's no secret. It makes me laugh. Crow getting all hot and bothered and then posting hypocritcal posts make for open season. His cowardly racial comments in another thread and his insuations about those of faith merit my heckling. Heck you can toss in two others that I like to heckle on a regular basis. I think I'm generally a big sweet potato to the other 99 percent of the folks on here. Just ask Napalm, he once considered leaving his wife for me. It took me two weeks to convince him that I'm not that way, but he really should let his wife know. Not that there's anything wrong with that. :)

Gams you should have seen late night games of TS when it was unmoderated. You could rarely get a game in. The admins have done a bounty of good.

This is about (MF)ggg and Ice dawg not the others. (MF)ggg and Ice dawg are by no means first time offenders. We've had to deal with these two for a long time, how long have you been here? You know Ice dawg as Ice dawg, we know him as someone else. You don't have the facts behind their banning and you never will, it's between the Admin Circle and the players. Now it is true that (MF)ggg and Ice dawg can be seen in other servers but they are not ACA servers. My admins and myself have worked long and had to make my servers save for kids of all ages, free from being abused verbally and sexually. We have kids from 5 yrs old and up that play on my servers. And if you think 5 year olds can't read your wrong, my son was reading Harry Potter at the age of 5. I thank God every time my 6 yr old girl and my now 10 yr old son play, they have ACA servers to play on. Once a child losses their innocence you can't ever get it back. :[ I know this first hand thanks to Chong.
Rooster only asked why, don't get mad at us because we show concern over the fact that these two are being let back into the lair. It's only concern, I don't think anyone of us is trying to tell you what to do. But if (MF)ggg and Ice dawg are the kind of people you want in your server by all means let them in.

Not long after Frozen puppy (ice Dawg) came to me and aked to b eunbanned I told him I'd think about it. Shortly after that I wnt ot look at my logs and saw that this kid came into my server with the name deep throat. NFW this kid will ever be back in my server.

If skinny puppy does make his way into any of these servers it's simply because his IP has changed. I don't go out of my way to hunt down new IP's. Eventually the new IP's will be applied and thy will be banned again. They get in for a while but then their gone again.

It's a perpetual circle.

Exactly, this game was not marketed to a chosen few. Everyone paid for the game and they all deserve to be able to play. If you host a server then it's your right to decide if someone does not play there but to try to keep them from playing the game all together is just a power trip. The ACA did not ban these people I did. I will make the decision whether to unban them. If you don't want these people on your server then ban them but you have no right tell others what to do with their servers. I've seen people like Crapblaster or Stan say far worse things in a server than Ice Dawg or GGG ever have and yet you people do nothing. When there was an imposter of me in your servers cussing and harassing other people for 2 months you guys did nothing. You have no moral high ground here.

My God did you even read my post? You can do what ever you want in your server I don't really care. But please don't twist my post around to meet your needs. I have not done or said any of the things, you said I have done and said. I never said the ACA banned anyone in the lair. But the fact of the matter is we banned them way before you did. And that's what I was talking about. And I have never told anyone what to do with there servers, were did that come from? Your impostor has never been in my server or I would have banned him, and I would ban him even now if I saw him and I was certain it was indeed your impostor and not really you. And you have no idea the things players like Chong, (MF)ggg, and Ice Dawg have said to my son so you have no right telling me what kind of people they are. I know exactly what kind of people they are. And as far as Stan and CrapBlaster goes, Stan has never been in my server to the best of my knowledge and CrapBlaster has not been in my server for a vary long time. So I have nothing to base that statement on. And as far as servers go, my kids and kids in general, are safer in my mods than any were on TT. That's because I keep players like (MF)ggg, and Ice Dawg out of my servers. I think your attack on me was totally uncalled for, and misleading. I was not talking to you, I was talking to Gamera316(ST).

I love CrapBlaster, and he can do whatever he wants to in my server. He usuallly runs around with his pants down around his treads, and his turret, for what ever reason is stuck IN the rear rather than sticking out the front.
