Wow, you just asked the same question and hossil answered it for you...stop being a noob and use either the Modding Resource or the PTT Search engine. Seriously, it's not funny anymore how many times MAX has to tell everyone these things. What's more is that there are about 4 threads dedicated to making terrains in TT that you could easily find by either searching around or going to the Modding Resource. Are you just stupid? Do you have a problem with concentrating on clicking on a thread? Do you really want to be branded a noob and an idiot by all respectable members of PTT?
Jeez...I can see why MAX left us before. Good choice, MAX. Maybe I'll follow suit...it's getting that annoying.

Click on FPS multiplayer,then when you have started a server and are in the server,press F12
No, f11. I hope you have made the adjustments required and followed the instructions correctly in order to make TT terrains, I since a another thread...
Like above said, FPS Multiplayer -> check create server box -> press F11 to get up menu.
You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.
