Ok people, lush is the 4 maps that demos get to drive on. They are the easiest to see and steer and are ideal for that purpose. The frantic and spooky maps are for the more advanced players. My question:

WHY THE HELL ARE ALL THE POPULATED SERVERS ALWAYS LUSH????

Grow a pair and play a man's map!!....TBM servers are always lush. The best BM is on spooky and frantic since visibility and rough terrain make it harder to shoot. Same with scrum I might add (although I like a mix in scrum)

Mods are GREAT but they are usually lush. (for those who are doing a wide variety of mods I send kudos)

Btw when I say host non-lush in your mix I DONT mean the ugliest crap you can draw. I mean REAL solid maps like the stock maps and monkeemods.

Nobody else feels this way?

Because Lush got the nicest atmosphere, looks good... That's a few. Thought I do like well made Frantic maps they are also great.

Spooky in the other hand are the worst. Even Bravetree realized that and changed the textures of it for the xbox version. So the maps wouldn't always look one and same.

Frantic is amazing!! It's kind of what ^^ said, they all follow the same terrain format. Two valleys with a plateau in the middle. So I like making Frantic mods that DON'T look like the stock maps.

Frantic maps are a kick. I join whenever I see them up with players in them.

On the other hand, I'm with Triv when it comes to the spooky maps. They're just too hard to see in, and the scrum falls off all the time. I don't like 'em.

Lush is fine with me, but it is definitely more of a driving test to play on Frantic maps.

(What's this stuff about a pair? Pair of what?)

I prefer lush. Old eyes I guess. Even on the non-lush maps I hack up things on the client side so things are pseudo-lush or entirely grayscaled.

Although I was only able to play a game and a half last night on the Ed's home map I'd never seen, I really had some fun. The MM Frantic map that Nuts picked for us seems to be a good one. Nice to change things up, I'm hoping.

I still think Spooky is dooky.
