Many new players (some demo's) are almost spamming PTT whit some of their questions, wouldn't it be better if we had a firstpostnote at like the Army or Modding forums:

Telling: (modding)
READ FIRST : How to mod (link to modding recource?)
READ FIRST : How to setup dedicated servers (+FAQ) (+link to the PTT dedicated info thingy?)
READ FIRST : How to become admin (link to both admin scripts?)
READ FIRST : What is modding
etc.

Telling: (general)
READ FIRST : How to edit posts?
READ FIRST : PTT Rules! (no spamming, no flaming, etc..)
READ FIRST : how to post here
READ FIRST : TT rules! (no impost0ring, no flaming, no Bming in scrum,etc..)
etc.

Telling: (armies)
READ FIRST : how to get into an army (list whit all active armies?)
READ FIRST : how to start an good army (a example?)
READ FIRST : what is an army
etc.

Telling: (skins)
READ FIRST : how to skin
READ FIRST : how to get an skin on PTT (link to skin sets and skin library?) (link to Army Skins?)
READ FIRST : what is a skin?

I would like to write some of these if needly. I think this would be very helpfull :)

This is a good idea....we should definately have stickies....its just wether the moderators have time right now

Cassie can't see the last post date. But about the topic of this thread, most other forums have stickies and I think we should have them too. It SHOULD help with this problem, although there are certain people who just don't read those sorts of threads :P.
