I am requesting that we boot spartan. Not only is he causing unrest in multiple sectors, he is also feigning army membership, and trying to illegaly get the game, and trying to repeat (succesfully) spam threads. Besides, he's a seal.

Ok I know how to down load the mod wizard but I dont get the instrucions to install it can some 1 plz help me.
