Go to imageshack and upload the image that you create. I used photoshop, some people use gimp and others, I dont know how to make an animated sig. When its uploaded scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be text with "direct link" next to it. Copy (ctr+c) that text, then in your sig bar put [ img ](ctrl+v)[ /img ] except no spaces between [ and img. If you need to know how to do that click the ? Next to all the smileys
Campers should be impaled, roasted over a fire, all hairs plucked out, and set on fire.
If you want the userbars, go to userbars.org to download certain userbars of your choosing, and (assuming that you don't have photoshop or GIMP) go to ubanimator to upload (only 10) them into one.

I was wondering how to make a sig, lately I've seen more and more people with sigs, and I want to join the club :)
