Ok... I am pretty sure they are both impossible, but here it goes:
1. A weapon that senses the proximity of another object. Not so much a seeker for a tanks, but if it goes by a rock it willcurve VERY SLIGHTLY into it. Same would be for a tank.

2. A random weapon. Is it possible to make it so after you fire 3 to 4 shots, pauses, then shots a higher damaging shot? Or you hold the mouse down and instead of a burst you get some sort of chargeup.

I would like to have these for a new mod I am planning, bu if it is impossibly, or simply too complicated, I will suffice.

I was thinking (keep in mind I have no experience in scripting whatsoever) Thta it might look like this

DefultProjectile.ProximityObject = 2
DefultProjectile.Destination = Object.Proximity;

Like I said... I have absolutly nooo clue... Gotto read that scripting coarse. 8o

Its not impossible,it would just be very hard to do,and also proud_gaminggeek due to missions data files,your codes reflect,so it would cause the game to crash.the reason I no this is because im taking the coarse so I no its not impossible and thats those codes reflect.(note:the coarse is kinda cofusing to... 8o )

Ok... What about the other type... Would it be possible to switch weapon typeswithout getting a power up randomly?

Yes... It'd be possible to make like a "powerup saver", when you clicked a key you'd change to other powerups you alrerady have adquired... Like you can have 2 area powerups, a bounce and normal shots at once... Until one of them runs out of ammo, but for that it'd need a client-side script too
