Some people use Torque show tool, but some it depends on the PC

well
1. I need the skinviewer so when I finish my skin it goes onto a tank and I can show everyone on PTT wat it looks like on a tank. Where do u get that? (plz get a link for it, thank you)
2. I have photoshop but the size is never right. When I go to resize and I make it as its sposse to be all the numbers goes wierd so when I do this 225x225 it does this 225x125 and when I do this 125x125 it does 125x225. Please could u help me with this.
Plz help me with both quetion's thank you. :)
