Hmmmmm that was a bad way to end the first round, so I'll try to start this one out well.

The main scheduling problem I see here is with Pedro seeing as he's one of those darn brits ;)

If you guys answer quickly we can play the match today (Sunday) I'm free for the entire night.

Otherwise it will probably be best to play around 4pm Central (10pm GMT) during the week.

Next weekend is pretty prickly for me because my parents are talking about a visit to my grandpa's. He has dial-up that only works intermittantly, so I'd really rather do this before then. If worst comes to worst I can try to convince my parents to leave me at home. I was already considering that anyway, because I have other, much more fun things I could be doing. ;)

How late can you guys play? I know milk and cookies time is probably 8 pm for you kids?
I can usually only play after 9 or 10 pm est. (Let's use EST for easy reference).

I can really only stay up till 9pm est, but like I said that would be 2 am for pedro. We'll have to see how late he can stay up with his stolen laptop XD

Ok so we will be free weekdays at 5 EST until pedro has to finally go to sleep. I'm assuming that'll be around 7 or 8 EST (after that you'll probably be too sleepy to shoot anything anyway Pedro). Then on Saturday 6AM to 1PM.

Theres such a massive time difference!! What time would it be were you lot are if the match is 4PM GMT, For Eol thats around 1PM I dont know for DEMO or Pais

I am mostly available in the later evenings. I have work or other events planned for every evening this week, and I'll be gone all day Saturday, and may be working most of the day Sunday, but I won't know until Thu about Sun. So, in a nutshell, my availability is for late evenings this week, depending on the day, roughly 11pm eastern or later.

P.S. When you complain about the time difference, note that the rules for this tournament state that you MUST have some continental US evenings available. I know it sucks but thems the rules.

Hey, I grew up in New York/New Jersey area. I only moved to the Georgia when I married a southern Belle redhead 10 years ago. Besides, there are tons of Italians in the south... We're just in the witness protection program!

^^Hey Pai!! I really appreciate the comments.. Isn't it amazing what we do when the server is down?! I usually go to Siesta Key Florida sometime in the summer every year. I will be going down there the third week in June this year and try to stop in Atlanta, which is a big mistake due to traffic etc. You are a great sport yourself and a favorite of mine as well!! XD

lol...funny stuff my man. Clever too. I chose Paisano cause it does connotate friendliness and good will. Al though I lose my cool on ocassion, I believe that I am a friendly and likable guy MOST of the time...heh heh. I am also a hot blooded hot headed competitve Italian, so my passion does get the best of me sometimes. All in all, though, I love the game and everyone in it...yeah even those misfits who try their best not to be liked (Chong, Bolo, Ho, Jangles, lonewolf, etc. Etc.). I like the mix of lightness and darkness in TT... As in real life, nothing is just black and white. We have a whole rainbow of personality types in the game which makes it so much more interesting and fun.

Wednesday and Friday are the only possible days I could play at 8pm, and I'm not sure on either one yet. I have plans for tomorrow night that may fall through, if so I will post tomorrow during the day and maybe we could play tomorrow night. As for Friday, I may be working but I won't know until Thursday night. Saturday I will be gone all day long, and I will be working Sunday but I'm not sure exactly when yet...also will know this on Thursday.

Of course all this assumes the master server will be back up sometime in the forseeable future.

I'm sorry Pedro. It was too good of an opportunity to pass up. I didn't want it to be like last round where we just ran out of time. ROGUE was my partner and he did incredibly well. The scores, if I remember correctly were

No screenies from me. They came out all weird, I forgot to use control-p.

We only played one round. I had to leave because my parents were sending me to bed. Even while we were playing the first round, I was warding off my mom with a joystick in one hand and playing with the other.

At least we're still in this.

I think we are going to need Rx to rule on this one.

Here is how I saw things:

You never said anything before, during, or after about playing any other games at another time. The nomal thing to do unless previously agreed upon is to play the whole match at one time. We all have our scheduling difficulties and it makes it that much harder to schedule 2 different times when we're all available, but you did not say a word about this in any of our communications. The exact timing of things was: game 1 winding down....20 seconds left... Someone -- either you or rogue said that the map sucked and it was boring...time ran out and we won....game 2 started and you said you were tired and had to go to bed. No comment at all about playing another game some other time. It looked to me like you were frustrated that you lost game 1 and just quit.

So, we need a ruling on this so we can move things along.

Note: If the powers that be decide that you are entitled to more games, Rogue is now permanently your partner because you replaced Pedro.

After I explained things to Reagent X last night, he told me that we move on and the match/round is over.

Ok guys, Paisano and I have talked it over and we both agree that we don't like how this went down. We don't want a cheap win. So, assuming we can get the thing scheduled we are willing to play game 2 (and 3 if necessary) vs. Rogue and Eol, assuming Rx allows this. I still don't like how there was no mention of splitting it up, but we want to take the high road here. However, given that we have a very short period of time to get thie thing scheduled, if we can't work a time out quickly we might just have to let it stand.

Oops forgot to add my availability: Friday night or Sunday afternoon/evening/night is all I have in the near future. My schedule fills up quickly though so if we are going to play one of these times I need to know asap, and I am not confirmed for these times until I say so.

Yes, it seems the fair thing to do. Especially since Eol and Rogue were good sports about everything.
If they can schedule our match before the deadline, then we will play game two and three if nec.
