No. Enlarging photo is absolutely tied to the DPI or PPI of the image. As you increase the size you must decrease the DPI or PPI. For example if you need to have an image that required 300 ppi you would use the formula below.
Width: 2100 pixels ÷ 300 ppi = 7"
Height: 1500 pixels ÷ 300 ppi = 5"
Again, the answer is no.

WRONG!
Now presenting: Genuine Fractal.
But besides, it costs $150, and it's not a plugin. Still, you're wrong.
Yes, I've read reviews on that.
I guess I should clarify. Yes there are some great fractal tools for professional photographers. Would this help you? Probably not.
The product does in fact make enlarging easier but read this review before you think you're a genius.

Most of the reviews say it's great if storage space is an issue for you. Heck the company itself says it's just a different way of interpolating. My friend there really is no way to increase the size of an image without pixelation. It's simply based on my first post. Obviously, the larger your file the better.

OK, here's my question to fellow Photoshop users: Is there a PS plugin that can enlarge a picture without pixelating it? I've heard of them before, but after intensive searching, I still haven't found one.
