It's the flashing of the light on the health powerup.
Oh ok, I thought mabye I was missing something that put a dot on the side of screen with your health, speaking of wich are there any mods that do that?

Well actually when u r smoking it does show all health powerups on the screen..

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the healthlight pictures and or and all because I see no such "health light" or anything ingame.
