Calgary...first time on a plane XD :)
Im more of a tropical person. I like all tropical places with warm waters. Big waves are nice. I also like Snow! Would I rather be in a tropical humid place or a snowy place. Hmmm...... I would go with a tropical place. I love snow but a tropical place such as Hawaii or the keys...

Margaret River - in West Australia. Down south. Great old forests, heaps of caves, heaps of biggg waves, great wine etc etc.
But like most places like this - getting full of yuppies and getting really expensive.

@nap- Tahoe. Nice place. I used to go there often
My current favorite is Long Beach, Washington. Just a nice place to relax and kick back. Miles of beach, not too crowded, and a great place in the summer. If you like winter storms, it's great for that too...

The South of France was one of the most relaxing and fun places that I went to on my trip to France... Someday, I plan to buy a house down there.

Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.
Hawaii, I was there on my honeymoon and never once even though of home in the two weeks I was there, so isolated and the beauty and hospitality was unreal.
My favorite place in the world is in a corner of the room on my bed in my room....with my music blasting and talkin on the comp with friends......

I personally have been to Central America, and was overwelmed w/the beauty there. The Giant, lush green mountains that reach the clouds. It's so peaceful, yet ominous, and will make you feel puny in comparison. The hotsprings that run down the mountainsides. Watching storm clouds roll into your neighborhood, then you can watch it roll over the adjacent valley, and overtake the next mountain town. You can see mountains across the landscape, speckled w/"tiny" towns all over. B)
