I don't know what reminded me of smiley spam, but I just got really ticked one night and decided to come up with a way to deal with it. My idea is the forum can have a 3 or 4 smiley per post limit, so that all those people that put a bajillion kajillion gabillion smileys in their posts will not cause as much lag or confuse as as much.
