You're not getting outside of your router. What make / model router are you using?
Might be firewall blocking, try to allow ports 28000-28002.
You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.
Yeah - it differs on different routers though.
Well the funny thing is that I see my mod up on the list of servers at the top of everyones elses, and I have done all the other stuff you guys said, but yet 2 people told me that they still do not see it in the list. Is it b/c of think tanks added another server you think? Well please let me know
Ive done the port forwarding from ports 28000 - 28002 but I need an IP too

Well when I start my dedicated I can still go into think tanks and see that I am at top of the list and then go into my game from there. But there is a problem, I have asked to other people to see if they can get in and also see it in the server list and even though I see it on my side they do not see it on there side. What is going on with that or what else amd I doing wrong? Someone please help me so I can show my mods since I figured out how the dedicated works now. Thanks for your guy's help on this. It has been a big problem/issue with me.
