That I think is inevitable.
Just make an island and an incredibly long "Sea floor",so they can't see the other islands.

How can I make it so that the "base" of my mod doesnt "copy" everywhere in the terrain?
Like if I make 1 island on the terrain, there will be a whole bunch of other islands.
