OK (SC)WillBot let me tell you why. You where never unbanned in the first place. Your Ip address changed and gave you admittance to my mods, so when I see you I ban you it's that simple. You are banned, I do not want you on my mods and if I see you on my mods I will ban you again.
I hope this clears things up for you.
