Don't forget Spybot Search and Destroy. By using both one will find things the other misses.

You're welcome
and make sure you run it once a month
Heres a simple tune up routine I do once a month
1 Throw out your Temp Internet files - check off delete all offline content too
(this way it doesnt pick and choose it just dumps)
The first time you do this it might take a while. Then...
2 empty your recycle bin
3 run Adaware
4 Defrag

Also if im in the mood I hunt down all the Temp folders and delete that stuff too
Helps especially if you surf alot

Once a month? Best to run it every day. Even better still, get Adaware Pro which actually runs all the time and prevents suspicious activity BEFORE spyware can even get into your system. It works very much like Norton AntiVirus or McAfee or any firewall tool, running in the background, scanning anything that could possibly be spyware. I think it's great. You can have it block everything automatically or let it notify you first so you can manually block or accept it...but that can become a pain very quickly.

The best feature is something called ProcessWatch which will let you actually view every single process running on your system and all related files/applications/dlls... Very handy when you are trying to hunt down malicious spyware or backdoor trojan that has somehow gotten passed your firewall and antivirus protection. Happens all the time...one time, I discovered a hack on one of our main production servers that was actually serving gigabytes of games and mp3's over IRC!!! It was using our server as a host!!!
