I am sure we will do well, we just have to visuallize differently. Think of ourselves as a team unstead of vigilanties trying to do it ourselves! Team points are great, and they do in a way reflect the game's going, but that's not where a game is won. The main thing is ot get the flag!

Also--the matter of heavies. This is, vrtually, a game of lights. It is OK for rabby to be in a heavy, but no more! He is good for defence if we have the flag, but we'll never get it if we don't have more lights.

Also, we need team charges, not one at a time.

Make use of team chat!

Use pwrps to clear the goal.

Their counter starts over if you hit the flag away. Even if you can't get it, hit it!

Well... Now that I finally have a second, I just wanted to say a few things to you guys.

I noticed something in our game last week that one of your team mates seemed to do all to often, which wasn't a very good move on his part. You may know who you are, you may not if you don't though you can still take this tip.

Half the time when one of the Eagles would get the scrum from us in our goal, he would start his run back, but take a very bad route. I think it was just because of the way he was already heading when he got the ball, and just thought "get away quickly as possible, it doesn't matter which way". He'd then either head towards the back side of the map, behind our goal, costing alot of time and health, or he'd go the route that lead him towards our spawn points.... Which would cause him to quickly get attacked be fresh new tanks, and ofcourse wouldn't make it very far.

Having specific routes for just about anything your trying to do is a huge factor in CTF. I know CAT knows this, he would always take the same route away with the scrum, which usually did get him far and if he did die, it would take us a while to get back to our goal.

I just don't think a few of you really did your best to learn the map, plot the boost pads, and really plan your direction.

N Rabban.... Loose the heavy. I'm sorry, but that thing just really didn't seem to work out for you. Towards the end you had switched to a light, and I noticed you in the heat of things alot more, and even got the ball from us a few times. Or atleast, if you don't care about your india score, switch alot depending on whether your teams playing offense or defense.

Just some thoughts guys.

If things were meshing with our team, I know I could do something in the heavy, but...

So I think I'm going to have to practice a bit with the light and see if I can get things stirred up. I have to admit I noticed a difference as well since I was able to grab the ball a fun times and start to make a run for it. It bugs me, but I think I may have to do it for the team. Its just that driving the light is SO frustrating.
