I'll organize this thing.

One person must create up to THREE mods,those mods are rated from 1 - 10. Whoever gets the most points. (EX: 1st mod = 6points| 2nd = 7| 3rd = 9,that modder has 22 points) (I calculated that in a hurry,sorry if I got it wrong)

No scripts,anything you can shove into the original files is okay. The admin codes do not count as scripts.

Per 5 minutes it takes to download your mod,1 point is deducted from your score.

Judges? Well,those positions are available. Don't sign up if your not gonna be there.

Scripts meaning we can't add weapon editing lines etc... At the bottom of the file nor teleporter scripts etc... At the top?

If it's in the original files,like the.mis. As long as no new files (FILES) are added.

What makes a MOD a "Good MOD"?

Is it ability to use non-native objects?

Is it about creatively modding within certain permitters?

Is it a balance of the two?

What I think determines what makes one mod better than another:

Short load: Use the expansion pack. I won't even bother with anything over 5 minutes, so why bother making it.

Fun factor: Something to play that is different than standard TT. Battlemode is always more fun with bases.

Use of Tank Settings: I hate it when people make the acceleration too high so that you go jolting around.

Use of Weapons Settings: Has the Modder bothered to do something interesting with the weapons.

Use of Emitters: Any emitters adds tons of wonderful visual effects.

Aesthetics of Environment : Has the Modder done anything interesting with the fog or sky.

Objects: Placement of objects is very important as well as which objects you use and why. Buildings were fun last year but then what?

Terrians: Has the Modder used any of the 100 terrains available in expansion pack in an interesting way. It is amazing what raising or lowering the terrain can do. Making your own terrain and not submitting it for distribution is a complete waist of time. The load is unacceptably to long.

Concept: Concept Mods always rock and are almost a different category. Hockey, Football (soccer), Capture the base, Graffiti wall, CTF, survivor, etc.
