I've made the first of several planned improvements. Now you can put a name in the title bar of your terminal window. You'll have to re-download using the link in the first post.

Applescript file
Double click the Applescript to edit it. The first portion of the script changes the directory path in the terminal. It is seperated by a semi colon from the command that launches the server. Notice the double frontslashes. After you're done editing just push the RUN button to launch your server. If you have a server configuration that is static you can save the script as an application (run only) that will lauch your server with a double click. Putting that application-script in your login items will lauch your server when your computer starts up.
[edit] Now you can put a name in the title bar of your terminal window.
[edit] If you have spaces in the name of your hard drive or anywhere in the path of the think tanks folder you need to replace them with underscores. The terminal doesn't like spaces. Ex: Mac HD --> Mac_HD
