I play the trombone, and might I add you guys actually have a low brass section where as our band has less than 10 low brass.

Out band is better ;)

Started in back, ended in back, pretty long hours with practice, and yea, we have a pretty strong low brass section- about 5 trombones (really loud), 3 or 4 sousaphones, and about 5 marching baritones, with um...I think 5 mellophones.

As usual I play the trumpet. Our woodwinds weren't heard in the video as the camera was only 200 bucks and lots of wind.

I might keep this alive as I have ALOT of games this school year, and only one free friday in october where I'm not busy with a game. I'll try and get more vids up as the season moves along.

Keep it up and you might get to park & bark with the trupeters at texas tech

My Band's brass section:

6 Sousas
18 Trumpets
12 Trombones
13 Mellophones
5 Euphoniums

Woodwinds? They suck. :P No mention is deserved :)

I myself, although not section leader, play the lead trumpet part along with another friend of mine.
Nice good ole high F's G's and A's... The ones above the staff, like, an inch above the staff :P

Our first game went off without a hitch. No real major problems.

Anyway, good job, there are plenty of bands around here you would score higher than.

Heh not better than MJ..but to bad I dont go there...I got to WC...is that Franklin..?..looks like thier track..oh and MJ just had to shove it in are face during halftime..but we did kick there buts in football lol :)..Why does are rivals have to be 3rd in the country in their marching band. Oh well. Oh yea BTW good job!

P.s..Don't you live in Franklin TN?..or is that someone else..

Almost correct. I think it was a bit out of franklin. But yea, I do live in Franklin now. Oh, I go to CHS ;) You'll see our director at the end of the video saying "Yay band!" and has CHS on it.

We have a game tomorrow night, and the show might be longer, as the last part is added to it. If I can, I'll post it here

Our team sucks, period. We can't defend worth crap. I have a motto about it:

The football team sucks ____
But the band kicks ___.

Anywho, we did a full run through of the whole show, and wasn't bad. We have a competition from 7-11. And of course, we'll be practicing all day.
