Page : <1> :

Old pc with amd k6-2 550 mhz, Ati radeon 7000 with latest Catalyst 5.12 driver. Win Xp sp2 with latest upgrades.
Think Tank runs fine on quick play. When play online, select server, select green/red, join, and dowload etc,. Suddenly
win xp kicks me out (before play starts). Xp says an error has occured in think tanks, and xp will terminate think tanks
I can then select to send a report to microsoft or not. Dr Watson creates a post mortem report.
What is wrong ? I have the latest drivers !!
Please help
Regards
maxsoft

PS: Awaiting reply from TT support, I had to try something else, and new problem popped up: Went to the second
pc in the house, did exactly the same install process, but here it wont install !!! Executing the downloaded install-file,
the wise install wizard pops up, then the grey TT welcome screen pops up, telling me to press " next". Doing so,
and nothing happens ! The read licence wont pop up. Win does not lockup, but have to abort TT install.
WHY WHY ?? Is winzip to blame here, or not ??

The radeon 7000 is not good enough to run TT. I barely get away with it on one of my PC's that has a 600mhz celeron.

Try buying a better video card.

YES YES, found the problem with thinktank non installing:
For some strange reason the file c:windows system riched32.dll was missing !!
The TT-install file seems to use this, and did not continue without this file. No warning by the way !
Copy in this missing file, and all went well !!!
(windows me)
