None, you dont need to now coding, very easy.
Limitations: Slow download but do like me, get a other file site and link the files to freewebs, there fast download. If you use templates there is not alot of customization.
Maximum of 50 files can be uploaded.
Comments: Andy: Free but if you want the best pay like I do! :sniched I bought 1500 megs of banwith and 500 megs of file space. It was only a little money. I think its the best web host, I am dedicated to it. I have tryed many others and nothing in my book adds up to it.
rickysworld: I host my site here also for 10 bucks a year, and it gives me unlimited files 100 megs of space, 1000/month of bandwith, great suport. Really nice host. If you can pay 10 bucks, this is seriously the place for you. It's not that good as a free host (in my opinion).

Requirements: The service is on norwegian! You have to be connected to them as your ISP, and the phone number to call is in norway at standard prices. It is possible to bypass this somehow by sending the an sms to NOK10 (ca1,3 EUR) or call them and give a good reason not to have to use them as ISP while uploading.(Broadband is mentioned).
