Monday, June 26th: XTLr meeting - open to all of the army

Rules

1) Do not imposter any XTLer or any TTer this is the worst thing you can do and get you banned or silenced from PTT.

2) No spamming it makes everyones life difficult and bottles up the forum.

3) No cursing it isnt necessary nor is it tolerated by anyone.

4) Dont talk back to superiors devotion and obedience are key to any army.

5) Respect all army members and TTers dont ruin your reputation by being mean to others, treat others the way you want to be treated.

6) Be active - try to check in at least once per week.

7) You dont have to have XTLr in your everyday name, but you must wear it in your name during all practices and wars for identification purposes.

8) You may not be a leader of an army while in XTLr, unless you have recieved express permission from the XTLr Overseers.

9) You may be in one other army unless you have been given an exception by the XTLr Overseers.

10) Give at least 24 hours notice notice if you cannot make a war or practice.

11) NEVER post a war pass or practice pass on PTT.

12) NEVER ask for a promotion they are earned, not handed out and are awarded at the discretion of the XTLr Overseers.

Scrum Rules INDY

1) No camping
2) Dont dive with the scrum
3) NEVER bm

Scrum Rules TEAM

1) Act as a team use the teams-speak code if possible ( / message)

2) Read LWs Team Scrum (TS) Tips

3) Dont teamkill unless the player is smoking and you think you have a better shot at scoring a goal

Team Battlemode Rules

1) NEVER team-kill

2) Dont suicide or use kamikaze tactics

Warning System

We use the 5-strike system,

Break one rule = warning

Break two rules = One week boot

Break three rules = One month kick

Break four rules = Three month kick

Break five rules = Permanent ban

Requirements to Join

1) You are not a DEMO

2) You have a PTT account

3) You are not banned from any AC or private servers

4) You are not silenced on PTT

5) You have an email account (preferably one with IM Services, like Yahoo or MSN)

6) You agree to follow all rules, agree to the XTLr oath and obey your superiors

7) You have to chose a TATP (more info in down in the first post)

XTLr Oath of Loyalty

1) I will faithly execute the position of ___ in XTLr with all loyalty due on to others

2) I will conduct myself in a manner which is expected of all xTLr members - that of courtesy and respect to all

3) I will defend myself and the army when a derogatory remark about either is spoken - but without excess force

4) I will to the best of my ability, uphold the standing of XTLr - and the beliefs in contains therein

5) I will take responsibilty for my actions, and will accept any disciniplinary action given without complaint

6) I will, to the best of my ability, exhibit the loyalty that is expected of XTLr members

7) I will, to the best of my ability, help my fellow comrades when they so ask for assistance

XTLr's Trial Period (TP)
This is something new, to join XTLr, you also have a trial period. It's a sort of semi-membership.

What can I do while in a TP?
- Put XTLr in your name
- Say you're a XTLr TP
- Come to practices
- Become A XTLr-r Of The Week (rarely...)

What can't I do while in a TP?
- Come to wars
- Say you're a full XTLr
- Vote
- Be Promoted
- Vote On Who Will Be XTLr of the week

What are my options for a TP?
You have 2 choises of TP's

Choise #1 : TP + Test + Grade
- TP Takes 1 Week + Test + Grade

Choise #2 : TP + Grade
- TP Takes 2 Weeks + Grade

What Is The Difference Between TP#1 and TP#2
There are 2 differences:
- The Time It Lasts
- Test and No Test

The Grade
At the end of the TP, we (Spirit and Cassie) will both grade you. We'll grade you on these:

Choise #1 : TP + Test + Grade
- Respecting Rules - - How many rules did you broke?
- Activeness - - Both TT and PTT
- Test - - Both (T)BM and (T)S

Choise #2 : TP + Grade
- Respecting Rules - - How many rules did you broke?
- Activeness - - Both TT and PTT

If You Fail The Grade (get less then 70/100 ) Then You're -unfortunantly- Not An XTLr-r.
If You Pass The Grade (get over 70/100 ) Then You May Cry Of Happyness, Or Dance In Rounds-'n-Rounds

 

 

EA - Elite Agents

EA is a special rank, that you can only get for extreme loyalty or for beiing extremely devoted and committed to XTLr.

Special Rules
You have some special rules to follow
- You can only be in XTLr or a ally army (VT atm)
- You should know our Oath from heading to footer (a (co-)head-leader can ask you to say it)
- You need to post at PTT at least once a day
- You should be voted in by 90% of all XTLr's to be one.
- You should be trusted by all members, and vice-versa

Special Things You Can Do
- You have a double vote, on votings.
- You can 'command' everybody lower then 'Co-leader'
- You can be a trainer on a practice server
- You can start a practice server, every time you want

Now How Do I Become One
There are 2 manners

Manner #1 : Asked by Head-Leader
The Head-Leaders ask you, if you say 'yes', there will be a voting (and if 90% of the XTLr's vote 'okay' you're set!)

Manner #2 : Asked by a rank lower then Head-Leader
The Person asks you, if you say 'yes', there will be a voting (and if 90% of the XTLr's vote 'okay' you're set!)
But beware. If a Head-Leaders says 'no', the voting will be stopped directly, and you're -unfortunantly- not a EA

How Can I Get qualified for a possible EA designation?
There are lots of manners to get one, I'll give the most here.
- Extreme loyalty
- Be devoted and committed to XTLr
- Doing something special (XTLr home map, XTLr script, XTLr skin, etc)
- Be in XTLr whitout any warning/kick for 3 months - you'll get a auto-invitement

OK, Jadewind, the old leader of ATF is back, and we are coming back quite strong, so im leaving XTL(r) and will enjoy playing with j=you guys!

The pass will be "T whit the 's' in XTL" XTLr doesn't have a 's'..

O never mind but cas there will be no pass for the war right well lock it wen everyone get in

They did show up, but they left b4 the war started, the war did happen, here is the picture

It was a good battle, Taco Bell and Badagus were here, but they left for some reason saying "Oh this doesn't count" when it did

Hello all, sorry I'm back a little late. Anyways, here are some notes:

1) I have an imposter - I will be informing those I need to with my new name (temporary, I hope) :(

2) EA stands for Elite Agents, Cassie. ;)

3) Sorry I couldn't be there for the war, perhaps someone could fill me in?

@ all XTLr:

Due to Cassie' s unfortunate periodical leave of absence (the details of which are confidential) - I will be looking for an "Assistant Leader" to help me guide the army until Cassie eventually returns, which will not be for a while. However, this player will have to be personally questioned by myself as well as the other XTLr officers to ensure that the player is committed to the task at hand.

Requirements for the Assistant Leader:

1) Must follow the guideline set down by the XTLr Oath of Loyalty

2) Must be fully committed to the task and have ample available time for the management of XTLr (family events, vacations obviously excluded)

3) Must agree to "slip in" to the current system - don't make new rules or any major adjustments

4) Must observe the programs already in place, including the TATP program and the EA

5) Must have a valid contact method, be it email or IM - but preferably both

6) Must agree to uphold the standing of XTLr

7) must not be in any other army or at least not an authoritative or time consuming rank in that other army

8) Must agree to constantly comunicate with the other XTLr leaders (Cassie and myself)

Those requirements outline the contract by which I expect the Assitant Leader to follow.

When: Sunday, July 9th

What will be discussed: Practices, Wars, the EA and TATP programs etc.

The date is tentitive altho the meeting wil happen sometime during the first part of July. Please post if you will not be available during that time period.

Ahh, the problems that plaugued us. My recomendation, if they don't start posting, kick em. You cannot waste time dealing with losers. Even if they seem like good players, if they do not help with the army, then they are pointless. Try to get a mandatory practice going and tell everybody about it at least 2 weeks ahead. Make it so that you get a strike if you do not come unless you give a good reason BEFORE HAND! Sorry if I am being harsh, but if people actually showed up for the practices, XTL never would have died.

Is this dead because I could help out to make XTLr become a l-3-a (little 3 army and a top 5 army) Can't join but if u want I can try my hardest for everything that you need help with. :)
