THE ctf script aint working heres the steps I did!!!!

1.D-Loaded it
2.Put the Zip File inside the gametypes folder I made
3.put 2 reload gates in
4.change them to greenctfgoal and bluectfgoal

5.NONE WORKED

You put the zip file inside the gametypes folder? If thats what you did,you need to open the zip file and put the CTF.cs file and the CTFprefs.cs into the gametypes folder. And please do as Racer said.
