Your treads are not exactly correct. You can't just put several pictures of the same tread and call it animation. The treads should be slowly moving in the pictures, so that when you use them, they will move in the game.
That's another whippersnapper belted by the feared AncientOne!
I know, Its very easy to animate treads. But I was trying something different
