I know from experience. I landed a new job which requires daily road time and I still manage to piss off everyone once in a while. :)

Hey all, j ust finished up sign I ng contracts on a large custo m house for so me people I've been "cou r ting" fo r quite awhile. I'd like to think it was m y silver tongue and boyish good looks that landed me the job, but it wa s probably the fact that I'd drink with this c o uple whene ver they were in town. (hey everybody has a price).
Anyway, the job is in central Oregon, so I'll be spending most of my tI me o ve r there for the next f ew months while this thing gets at least t o the "dried in" stage. Unfort un ately, this an d the other project s here in the P o rtland area leave me alm o st zero free time. Also, my fu n littl e softball t e am has now been invited to nationa ls ,so that'll just about do m e in for time.
Sooooo......I'm out of this quirky little tt w orld at least until winter, but I do need to say it's been some kick-ass fun and a lot o' laughs these past few mont h s. H o pefully, I'll be able to check in every so often and impart some m uch needed a dvice to some of you. Than k s to all of you who have helped my pc illiterat e as s m ak e it to all the different games and such, and oops........one o f my giggl e b e rries just escaped from my shorts and came to rest on the congratu l atory glass of whiskey I was holding in close proximi t y, making me g iggl e and reminding me to keep this short.

I'd like to think it was my silver tongue and boyish good looks that landed me the job, but it was probably the fact that I'd drink with this couple whenever they were in town. Anyway, the job is in central Oregon, so I'll be spending most of my time over there for the next few months while this thing gets at least to the "dried in" stage. Unfortunately, this and the other projects here in the Portland area leave me almost zero free time. Also, my fun little softball team has now been invited to nationals,so that'll just about do me in for time.
