I am trying to post pics here but I never can get them posted I need help

First you need a place to host them. You can use imageshack or others. Once you have the pics on a server somewhere, you need to put in ZBB codes to get the image to show up. If you go to the link at the bottom of a forum page that says "ZBB Code is enabled", you will get examples of how to make different types of things happen, including showing images.
