I'll walk you through making your skin look like this:
All I did was edit Hanksta's Chrome skin that I found on the web.
Heres how:
copy tank01 skin(it actualy doesnt matter which tank you copy) from TT game/paste in adobe7 (make sure the canvis sizing is perfect)/click on: filters/artistic/fresco.
after you add Fresco, do the same thing on the same skin exept instead of adding fresco add WaterColor.
Enjoy dirty skins!
