Download Torque Demo and in the game, hit F11 to load the GUI editor. Importing the GUIs directly from TT is not the kind of thing I know about. What a bummer, sorry. Or, you could just open the.gui file (NOT the.gui.dso file) and experiment with the source code. Try either one.
Its easy to import.dso files into the gui editor -- but TT's use different controllers than TGE so they'll come out messed up...
