Sometimes you see a tech demo and you just want it now.

Reminds me of "Minority Report".

Interesting! Maybe with this device I'll be able to shoot AND drive at the same time!

Very sweet but I don't believe this technology exists for a minute.
I'd sooner believe Barry Manilow has the number 1 record in the US this week.

DOH!
...nice find 56k.

Interesting concept....im sure Apple wil make them into computers soon ;)

Apparently Apple has been filing touch screen related patents in the recent past, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was Apple that brought this type of stuff forth to the mainstream.

@Hugo: I'm not sure any piece of tech will help you there, but driving and shooting is overrated anyway. Just think what it could do for your camping skills though.

@KBC: From what I can tell, the Manilo sales spike comes from record store secretly sneaking Barry's CD into the Clay Aiken bin and consumers unwittingly buying it, unable to tell the difference.

Nice, another tool to tailor the content to the user.

They should have used a theremin for the soundtrack though. %)

My wife and I thought it was 'very cool', I'd like to play TT on that.

Oh! Theremins! Didn't know them. Heard the sound before though, so thanks for the chit! Also interesting story of this man's life.

Back to this 2 hands gadget... It made me think of the great philosopher and techno-prophet Marshall McLuhan, when he spoke of a sort of universal machine, a 'screen', to access, file and interact with pictures, documents, information, etc. Especially the scene in the clip where the user interacts with pictures, and to a lesser degree when the user is zooming to Boston and 'flying' around... Very cool.

Apple OSX is quite incredible as is... Looking at the video I couldn't help to think of OSX. I love a functions like Exposé - how to drastically change your desktop in one little movement, etc.

This gadget above will have mind-boggling applications when its full potential will be exploited. Awesome!
