Look at the "Original Default tank Data" link
Specifically these settings.
LightTank.accelrate = 14.0; <----------------- how fast initial burst when the forward key is depressed
LightTank.maxspeed = 15.9; <----------------- Cruising speed
LightTank.deccelrate = 20.0; <----------------- how fast you slow down when the backward key is depressed
LightTank.coastdeccelrate = 10.0; <----------------- how fast you slow down when you let go of the key.
