What a surprising upset for team Canada. Ouch... After taking the gold in this event last year... That's gotta suck...

VERY competitive games tonight....VERY unorganized....not sure what the deal was.

I think about all of us were equal and it came down to who sank the last shot....lol

MB next year we try to make the thing more even.......i didnt get a chance to battle fatlips or get some....MB the top 2 players from each server all play together and the top 3 get the top 3 medals. Any ties result in a 1 on 1...

Just a thought.

Wanna get something clear, The first game, I tried the whole game, second game, it wasn't even worth my time...

I was truelly dissapointed after (and so was Bolo) every one left, and me fighting bolo, and him fighting me felt absolutely stupid. (sry 2 say) so I totally just gave in in the second match, it was just a disaster...

But heck, that's all the past now... So I guess I got silver metal for my team :)

Well, I really hope to have a vetter game next time ;)

Cadc, actually Team PR / Global didn't get a medal today :( I don't feel too confortable with that second round either and now that I know you didn't really give it your best after Leopard and Trivox left, I really don't like the way it played out.

@Bolo, and all, There's never been an indi mode tourney before, so this is still a work in progress. I like your idea of having the top two from each server compete for the medals. Unfortunately, it's a bit too late to change the rules now, so the results will stand.

Maybe we can set it up that way next time...

Yes I agree SteAlth rules are rules. But please do put that idea next TT Olympics I would love for that match. I can't make it this match because I'm going on vacation and the day I come back next day is school. So I won't make it and I won't make the finishing of the Olympics.

Dang. That freebie I gave Fatlips at the end of the final round actually cost us a shot at the bronze. If I could have killed Lips, I would have tied the game with him, he was smoking, but there were just seconds left on the clock, and I wound up going over the edge instead and losing one. I wasn't thinking in "total points" mode, I was thinking in "win this damn game" mode. XD

Improved training paid off very well for Fatlips - he knew a trick that none of the rest of us did. But we know it now... ;)

Congrats to all of you - you're all a damn fine bunch of players, and I'm happy I got to go toe-to-toe with you today.

I'm sure it did. Many thanks. Most of them were things I already knew - but that still doesn't mean you don't do the things you know are wrong. Having them pointed out by an outside source helps you to realize that you have to NOT do those things.

Thanks Master, but you never know what I have up my sleve. This is my first and last TT Olympics. I am retiring August 30 and probaly won't be returning till June or maybe just never. But that was one hell of a game keep up the good works guys maybe next time team Team Canada may just shoot up. Ratz gotta a beating but you never know when they'll come back and bite again. Good luck guys on the rest of the events.
